The inspiration for Keystone came from simple concepts: cooking to nourish, a culmination of years of practice and refinement, and most importantly, a desire for the food we love to eat; Proper breakfast and lunch sandwiches, Fresh Mediterranean dips and homemade desserts.

Keystone, is an homage to the places and food that Dom and Alec love, and wanted to share with our community.
Dom Santora | Chef & Owner
Dom is an experienced chef from Pennsylvania, with a background in Mediterranean cooking that stretches back to his childhood and in several notable kitchens in Philly. He put his culinary career on hold when he moved to Chattanooga and worked as a carpenter. After seeing a lack of breakfast takeout spots on his way to job sites, paired with feeling pulled back to cooking, he opened Keystone Breakfast & Lunch.
Alec Mason | General Manager
Alec is a Philly native with years of experience in serving and front-of-house management in some of Philly’s finest restaurants. Old comrades from the Philly hospitality industry, Alec made the move to Chattanooga—with some coaxing from Dom—to help open and run Keystone Breakfast & Lunch.
